If you need help for a mental health crisis or emergency, you should get immediate expert advice and assessment.

Get help from 111 online or call 111 and select the mental health option.

111 will tell you the right place to get help. You may be able to speak to a trained mental health professional over the phone.

Being involved with athletics and running, whether as a volunteer or participant can have a positive impact on mental health and wellbeing of a person.

According to the department of health being active can reduce the risk of depression by up to 30%, boost your mood and improve self-esteem. In addition, it can help to reduce stress and help people think more clearly.

If you are experiencing mental health and wellbeing problems or know of someone who is struggling, there are a variety of place to go for support.

Mind's resources explain many types of mental health services. Whether you're looking for help for yourself or for someone else, Mind can point you in the right direction.
